Strategic Sales Director, Banking
The goal of the Strategic Sales Director of Banking (SSDB) is to develop PayNet's banking market. The individual in this position will be responsible for the identification and development of new business opportunities in the top 500 U.S. banks. To successfully fulfill this responsibility, the SSDB must create and implement a sales plan for the target market. He/she will handle the gathering and analysis of market intelligence and the formulation of a strategy that will ensure maximizing sales with optimum return on investment while maintaining profitability, increasing market share and continuously building the brand image of the company in the United States. The individual will heavily influence specifications, features, and pricing. This crucial position will have influence over many aspects of the Company's future products and market development.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Networking, prospecting, and cold calling
- Establishing a new market with an undeveloped territory
- Setting meetings with key decision makers
- Ability to explain and sell complex products/services
- Exceptional follow up skills and commitment
- Training and setting up signed customers
- Planning for next steps in the sales cycle
- Up-selling any additional strategic product/services
- Presenting contracts at the appropriate time
- Closing each level with the sales cycle, based on the strategic plan
- Maintain and manage the company CRM system
- Monitoring with frequency usage by the customer
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years sales/business development experience in a true sales role (non-retail and non-mortgage products)
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success with consultative selling approach and account development at the “C” level
- Excellent communication (written and presentation) skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages and presentations in a professional manner
- The ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Track records of success in over-achieving goals

Strategic Sales Director, Leasing
The goal of the Strategic Sales Director of Leasing (SSDL) is to develop PayNet's leasing market. The individual in this position will be responsible for sales lifecycle of designated accounts, interfacing directly with C-level credit decisions makers, along with IT resources. To successfully fulfill this responsibility, the SSDL must create and implement a sales plan for the target market. He/she will handle the gathering and analysis of market intelligence and the formulation of a strategy that will ensure maximizing sales with optimum return on investment while maintaining profitability, increasing market share and continuously building the brand image of the company in the United States. The individual will heavily influence specifications, features, and pricing.

Integration Analyst
Receive, validate, translate and load data from flat-file extracts into the PayNet MS SQL-Server database. Work with and build relationships with the technology staff of our client members. A passion for data and concern for data integrity is key to a candidate's success.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Initiate, design, develop, test and implement extracts from client member into PayNet's database using a mixture of legacy programs and ETL tools
- Consult with client members, enabling them to understand and create extract files used in PayNet's data integration process and to be submitted on a regular, recurring basis
- Cleanse, map and transform client member data to PayNet's schema and data standards
- Provide feedback to client members and working with them to resolve any discrepancies found
- Approve members' data for production and lead the production implementation process
- Handle data related issues found after deployment to production, including getting clarification from members, working with them to fix data upstream and creating fixes or workarounds locally
- Perform value analyses as required to support integrations initiatives
- Develop tools and/or methods to facilitate the above functions.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison with other areas within the company on data integration topics
- Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned
Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies:
- BS in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or other related field
- 1 - 3 years experience in an IT environment
- Strong SQL skills including the ability to read stored procedures and write queries in order to answer logical data flow questions
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Solid understanding of data systems, including data relationships and data modeling with the ability to learn and understand various data environments
- Some programming experience
- Willingness to learn new technologies to best solve data-related issues
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Work independently and with others; self-directed and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- US citizen or permanent resident living in the Chicago area. Relocation assistance is not provided
Preferred Experience, Skills, & Competencies:
- Understanding of leasing, consumer/commercial finance and/or credit reporting industries
- Experience using MS SQL-Server
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools
- Multi-dimensional data modeling skills
- Understanding OLAP principles and techniques
- Data Mining methodologies and tools
- Unix/Mainframe experience
Relationships:
Position reports to the Director and interacts with client members and multiple departments within the Company.
